I never played past the first X... I played another megaman x game for like 5 seconds which reminded me of almost a platform/fighter. I think that might've been x4.

I just liked all the upgrades you could get for megaman that's pimp shit. Plus the fact that every weapon you got could be charged into a super weapon was awesome.
