Considering how much I love both series (and their soundtracks over ANY other video games soundtrack save Doom, Resident Evil, and Goldeneye)...Castlevania.
Seriously, the old games have some good tunes but ever since SotN came out, just about every game has had a fantastic soundtrack (Except Harmony of Dissonance and maybe the butt-rockin' Curse of Darkness).
