I played the sega saturn version, so maybe it was different from the snes version? I just remember thinking it was a chore to play through. Most of the boss designs were totally lame, especially the tiger. I dont know if X3 was the worst, I did play through it till the end. I cant say that much for X5 or X6. God those games sucked
It was really your favorite though? I guess to each his own. My favorite is probably the first one
