Also, Emu: A jRPG is a linear, japanese RPG such as Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest. The opposite, the wRPG, would be an open-ended, all-choices-are-up-to-you good-or-evil RPG like Elder Scrolls or Fallout.
I don't know what the "w" stands for.
