My friend's college roommate was just like that, only his drug of choice was Animal Crossing. Add to that his hygiene problem and the speech impediment that made him sound like his cheeks were too fat for his face, and you had one smelly porcine nerd who could never take a hint.

Without going into too much detail about it, my friend organized a room change, and we moved him out while the annoying roommate was in class. When he came by to ask where he'd gone, we just ignored him. All this finally got the message across that we didn't want him around any more.
