"Too Long; Didn't Read." Or something along those lines. The way it's used there is to sum up the whole previous statement for lazy readers.
If the Partyvan Wiki's still up it might have a chance, but 711chan is where most of the coordination went down, and I don't see it working as well with an IRC instead of a message board.
I could be wrong, Anon's a crafty bunch.
