You find out later in the game that Fontaine has you encrypted as a super-fast growing baby with a plasmid that makes you automatically do whatever anybody says, so long as they end or start the sentence with ' if you'll kindly'. Note this is throughout the game; in the first bathysphere, you can hear him say "if you'll kindly pick up the radio", you have no choice but to do it. |

So if the main character already had a plasmid given to him as a kid, how come his genetic code got re-written at the beginning of the game |
