I wouldn't have a problem with the board becoming an intelligent flaming forum, but that's not really what I'm seeing go on lately. There's really a whole lot of nothing going on. Not even mocking.
Mock wars was closed because that forum was god awful. You never really needed permission to make fun of people in any forum, anyway.
