I'm just basing that assumption from what I've heard. I knew a guy who smoked pot, a lot of pot, a week before he had to take a drug test. He basically overdosed on Vitamin B every night for a week, and drank a 12-pack of light beer every night. He must have pissed a metric ton every night, and he tested negative for THC on his test, so I just assume it worked though.
But I wouldn't risk it. The benefits of smoking it don't outweigh the risk if you're going to be tested.
