Basically, their schtick is this:

You send them $10, they'll send you something completely at random. One guy gets a duct tape wallet, another gets a fossil wallet. One gets Madden '08 for the Xbox 360, another gets a belly dancing outfit. It's like the secret Santa, but any day of the year! And at your leisure, too!
