If you delineate people by the color of their skin or by their regional origin, then you are racist. Wow, that includes pretty much everyone on the planet. Imagine that. Prejudice based on race, however, is an entirely different thing and is reprehensible at best. people want others to stop treating them differently, yet wish to retain what makes them different from others. "Stop treating us differently; stop treating us the same" is the mantra of many groups out there. They will never get anywhere on those ideas.
