Except for the fact that it's not based on Youtube Poops. It's only reminiscent of one.
The Malkavians are a clan of vampire from Vampire: The Masquerade. They're renowned for their... eccentricities. I.e. they're batshit insane and they like to think that crazy is an advantage as a vampire.
