I think the best game based on a movie would have to be Goldeneye 64. Too good; probably the best all around game on the Nintendo 64 (I liked OoT more and SM64 as well, but they didn't have multi-player.)
You've got to read both pages, dude. And I would like to give mention to Rockstar's hidden gem, The Warriors and Westwood Studio's Blade Runner. Some capable game studio should tackle John Carpenter's cult classic, They Live.
