If I had to say one single movie, it would be "High Strung" without a doubt. But I'd rather not just say one single one so I'll list a few of my faves...
1) Best Comedy - "High Strung"
2) Best Horror - "Prince of Darkness"
3) Best Horror/Comedy - "Jack Frost"
4) Best Thriller - "Se7en"
5) Best Drama - "Shawshank Redemption"
6) Best Romance/Comedy/Surreal - "Amelie"
7) Best Mystery - "Twin Peaks" (the whole series, not just the movie)
That's all I can think of off the top o' my head at the moment...
