"My Own Kind of Freedom" by Steven Brust--set in the Firefly 'verse
Anyone else read this free online "novel?" It was pretty good, but kind of short. More like a novella, or short story, or novelette, or something.
It takes place after the Firefly episodes, but before the Serenity movie.
