Don't think I've stated this before, but people in my circle know the Ramones and here's a story on "KKK.":
Supposedly Johnny is IN the KKK(he is famously racist and nobody that knows him debates that,) hence "KKK" being his nickname. Johnny stole Joey's girl, hence the song title.
