Indian? Mexican? Thai? Something else? What's your favourite?

Personally as much as I like a nice hot chilli you really can't beat Indian curry for flavour and heat. My personal favourite is Madras.

That said the main advantage of Mexican food is you can add cheese and jalapeños which don't work in curry. Mexican ingredients can also be converted into pizza more easily which is a big plus.
