I love all spicy food, though I don't ever remember having Cajun. We get a lot of really kick arse Asian available here, and I would be hard pressed to easily pick one as favourite, but I think I have enjoyed Indian the most, and chicken tikka masala is the best out of that. Yes, I know it's a British dish. I make rather good curries, too. I think.

It doesn't have to be hot all the time, but you can't beat a runny nose.
