Reduce the amount of caffeine you consume - it often becomes a vicious cycle when you're drinking caffeine all day because you didn't sleep then come evening you can't sleep because you've been drinking caffeine all day.
Don't eat after a certain time - You're not supposed to eat after, like, 8-9pm to get a good nights sleep.
Exercise more - try and expend as much energy as possible in the day so you're actually tired at night.
