After being mentioned (With Jet Li as "vegeta") and cancelled, re-brought-up only to be cancelled (again) and then re-brought up AGAIN, only to be cancelled (YET AGAIN).
Except they didn't cancel a third time, they figured they'd just go ahead and make it anyways. And it's not even Dragonball Z, it's just DragonBALL (Like that OTHER live action flick, which wasn' cancelled either.).

I laughed for five straight minutes. I'd imagine this, the old flick, and some heavy drugs would make for a stellar experience.
