yea, definitely kick this fucker to the curb...talk it over with your other flatmate, get a couple big nonbastard male friends over to your place one night and tell the guy to get his shit and leave within 10 minutes or he's getting the ever lovin shit beat out of him...he'll leave
then keep tabs on him one way or another so you know when he's gotten a job...when that happens, go pester him for your money back...if he doesn't at least make an attempt to pay you back in a timely fashion after getting a job, get those male friends and pay him a visit...you might never get your money back, but seeing him writhe in pain on the ground in a pool of blood will be well worth it I'm sure
