Here is my constructive criticism for the Hitler ninja:
Color in his hair so it looks black, and try to get that stray lock that fell across his forehead sometimes.
The mustache isn't quite right. It's not the toothbrush shape that Hitler's was.
A swastika armband would be good too.
The elbow of his right arm looks a little off, you should work on that.
His left arm should be higher for the facist salute.
The tattoo on his neck just confuses the eye. I would remove it if I were you.
There should also be more detail of his uniform.
