I can understand finding Sandinista! boring, but there's something wrong with you if you think London Calling is boring.
I'll admit, I didn't think London Calling was so great the first time I heard it. But there were still enough songs I liked too much to find the album boring. I dont' think I ever would have though Brand New Cadillac or Spanish Bombs were boring.
I think the reason people dont' like the Clash is because they aren't used to hearing Joe Strummer's singing voice. He really does have an awful voice. Almost every album review or biography of the Clash calls his singing voice "guttural."
