I guess you could always blow money going to Alcatraz. Market is great for fabric and over priced clothes. China town and little Italy are really close to each other, and China town is close to Market. Every thing in the Tenderloin district is closed by like 5pm. I know that cause when I was a bum there, they allow you to sleep in front of the shops as they don't want you camping near the rich. I remeber ther was an outdoor ice rink.
