I am extremely white (and I just bought a pump-jug of sunscreen today, which was the funniest and most appropriate thing I've purchased for myself in awhile), but yes, elx was correct, the SEAL team that got bin Laden is based there, and it's all over the news how anonymously they blend into Va Beach society and how you'll never know who did it.
