The answer is only a blood test away.
On the pregnancy thing and the vitamin D thing.
I had vitamin D toxicity a few months ago and didn't feel a damn bit different. My endocrinologist caught it on a blood test for other stuff.
A persistent weird taste in your mouth could be a gastro issue.
