I had a bad one last night where I had some terminal illness and the doctor was being really patronizing about it, talking about me to my family like I wasn't there. Something about my control of my bank account, "She'll gradually realize that she needs to give it over", something about allowing me to come to terms with it and give things up as I slowly realized my death was imminent. It was a real downer
