Alright this is just ridiculous. I've taken the time to actually type out everything that you should do in order to get the fuck over all of this and get on with your life. YOU did all of this. There is only one way to fix it and it's probably gonna take alot of time and effort and a few big changes on your part. I put alot of thought and work into this because I actually feel bad for you dude. Choose to read it and start a new and positive journey, or don't, it's up to you.
