I think Yockey has some serious issues and only pursues this eccentric clothing as a gesture for attention. There is no other logical explanation, so don't bother trying to give me one.
Everyone has a motive. And a person with those shoes and candy unicorn fancy-pants can only be attempting diversity, which is the cheapest form of attention.
