Ha, this was in my home town of Brighton. I nearly soiled myself laughing when I saw this story in our local paper. It just doesnt make sense- the pier where the girl won the hulk avec cock always has really nasty cheap sweatshop type toys as prizes....so why would hulk get made with a cock?? They normally try and cut corners, not make more work for themselves...
