MAn i was pretty fat myself for about 4 years, i finally went out on w/ a girl on a blind date, and i was all the incentive i needed, I changed my diet and excersize everyday, i went from like a waistsize 40 to 36 in about 3 months...


My point above is that you can always change you're lifestyle if you have the will..


It feels pretty good although i still have problems finding a girl, it's mostly because i'm never in environments where girls hang out. I work long hours in a tech job got a long ass commute and i'm usually ired as fuck when i get home, not to mention having to excersize everyday...

I hate going to bars cause there is just way too much competition there... And all my friends are losers like me and either dont know girls, or the girls they do know are totally stuck up- very non apealing...

Any idea's? heheh

In terms of what jeanette said, she is right take things slow...I really rushed into this last one and i got hurt pretty bad... It's been about 6 weeks now and it's better but still sucks..
