Actually my fine fucked up friends,

Old people smell funny because their haggard, wrinkled skin
is slowly decomposing three layers at a time. The reason the smell lingers is because the glob of dead skin that falls off of them when youre not looking, imbeds itself into every single fiber of furniture.
