I dislike Bill O'Reilly, but he isn't nearly as bad as Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter. Furthermore, as much as I personally dislike these people, I wouldn't wish them bodily harm. Larry Flynt is just as bad as O'Reilly for doing this.
