He said it should be a right, not the only fucking possibility. You don't HAVE to be a doctor. Higher education is pretty much available to anyone who wants to study here in Norway, and guess what? We can still get burgers at McDonalds, and the shit gets cleaned.
So, anybody can just walk into an institute of higher learning and demand to be taught? Or do you have standards?
