and France? and nato? i dunno, but france has pissed me off because it said it was recycling its nuclear waste when it was really dumping it in the ocean
and when its neighbors complained about waste washing up they just extended the underocean pipes to go further out.. kinda like what they did with coal plants smokestacks here in the U$.. "gee if i cant see it, it must not exist"
