Check the temperature in your BIOS. I just installed the processor and board that Zero Signal sold me and I can't use it ebcause it heats up to 145f. The heatsink is 'installed correctly' and all that, but it doesn't matter. He recommended I put intake and outtake fans, and my friend Dustin suggested I replace the power supply.
But it definitely sounds like an overheating problem.
