Maybe, maybe not. Generally there is not a system on the planet that can run the Neo Geo as good as a Neo Geo. Credit the only reason is that the game carts are in fact the systems memory, like a custom setup very much like and dedicated arcade system.
Plus PS2/Dreamcast/Saturn Neo GEO games actually had to cut their frame rate to keep th espeed up, credit the CD systems having to load into a still small memory RAM to read from.
For the the Cart is the RAM, everything is instant.
But a HACKED x-box is nice, you can do a lot with them.
Anyone interested in it?
