With the malt vinegar on the fries, the ones on the bottom might get a little soggy but not too much. I mean, you're only shaking a little on there, not drowing them. But even the slightly soggy ones are tastey.
Think big beef on weck sandwich with a nice salty kimelwick roll, just the right amount of au jus, with a big side of fries splashed with malt vinegar. Ooooooh, thats good shit.
