Well I'm sure she's gotten many lifts over the years. There isn't really much you can do other than that to keep them perky, other than wear a bra regularly, do exercises to build up the pectoral muscles that hold them up, and massage them.
I actually read somewhere that she had them reduced because they were hurting her back so much.
