My guess is there are a lot developers that have been hovering arround city planning for years that will take adventage of this. Most every city has tried to "revitalize" their cities by revamping ghetto areas with some sorta light rail, and a Disney store. I know New Orleans was fussing over building up the 17th Street area between parishes, waterfront area that they felt was going to waste. It's sickening to know many of the homes will be demolished for these purposes, and condemned to line someones pockets. It's far more economical to take thousands of shacks all spread out and make one massive project with a Magic Johnson Cineplex in it.

Is there any way to stop it?
