Every time I watch the scene where Snake meets Otacon, I can't help but think "Man, that guy is completely drenched in urine" through the whole thing.

He doesn't appear to have changed his pants at any point in the game, so even at the Sniper Wolf drama part, he still smelled like pee. I bet it was the last thing she smelled before Snake shot her.
