Holy fucking shit, the Tomislav is retarded. You have no idea what kind of difference a soundless (and faster) spinup makes. 24 kills in one round as Heavy. I dominated like 6 people at once.
That new Scimitar the Demoman's got is also ridiculous, but in a much more annoying way.
And the Liberty Launcher is essentially "hey, it's like the direct hit with normal splash damage! There's no way you're dodging this! derp de derp derp"
