In a fight between a bear and a lion, the bear wins everytime. No contest. In fact they used to have such contests for crowd pleasers during the gold-rush in America.
The lion goes straight for the jugular, but the bear just slams its paws into the lion's skull and crushes it. Lions have very thin skulls, apparantly.
