Flo Hyman. Hank Gathers. Len Bias. At least Bias was doing cocaine, the other two were victims of Marfan Syndrome, which too often gets diagnosed posthumously.
I wonder if the same thing is at work here. The guy was tall and lean, which unfortunately are hallmarks of the disorder.
