This is a picture of NY's Governor, David Paterson.
He is the guy who succeeded Eliot Spitzer when Spitzer stepped down. From the moment he took office, I've noticed he bears a resemblance to someone, however, I don't know who. First, I thought he reminded me of Ernie Hudson from
Ghostbusters:
