Look at how successful they were in 1991 (the SCUDS, I mean). Hell, look at how successful they were even TODAY. I think a dictator with a puny army in fact DOES stockpile weapons, what else does he have??? In fact, if he IS in breach of all we have accused him of, and he is thus showing defiance by using the SCUDs, why not bring 'em all out?? Hell, he's a goner, he knows it. Why not unleash the nukes and the other WMD...?
