The computer I have connected to my TV isn't really up to decoding HD video. I do like the PS3 though; it powers up instantly, upscales video perfectly, recognises just about every format I can throw at it and is completely silent. The fact that it plays games is nice too but purely as a media centre it's one of the best I've used.
