Teddie was part of a limited edition preorder thing Amazon was doing for Persona 4. It included a Teddie plush, an additional soundtrack ("Side B"), a calendar and a surprisingly high quality t-shirt. Ebay scalpers have greatly jacked up the prices of the whole package but you could actually probably get the doll by itself for a reasonable price.
