I have the cd in my hand right now. find a program called musicmatch jukebox (it comes with XP) and download the 28 A.L.E. mp3s that RoG posted
http://www.i-mockery.net/viewtopic.php?t=6802 then hit the "burn cd" button and voila. I added "Dead Backstreet Boys" and "I Will Beat Pac-Man" to my cd and a got a cool 30 track A.L.E. cd.
