You should've just called the cops yourself and explained the situation. It's actually illegal to just kick somebody who's living in your house out like that without giving them any kind of notice. Even if they don't pay rent and they are that person's children. And especially if they have things inside which are theirs.

Basically that guy could probably sue his parents :O

oh yea -- and threatening to get guns? On his son? COPS TOTALLY WOULD'VE BEEN ON HIS SIDE.
